With 2019 coming to an end and 2020 is just around the corner, I sincerely would like to thank all of our partners, colleagues and employees of the Fohow Corporation for their significant contribution to the successful development of our Company!
In 2019 Fohow Corporation has reached historical growth in sales exceeding sales of the past five years!
I express my gratitude and pride in our joint success! In the New Year, I wish you all health, happiness, greater success and may all your goals, dreams and wishes comes true!
As many of you know, along the successful VIP model (VIP strategy), we recently added a Golden VIP promotion to the reward policy of our Company.
This promotion offers new opportunities for the most active leaders and partners to receive greater rewards and a higher level of recognition. In addition, it is also an opportunity to increase the rate of accumulation of the premium funds such as Automobile, Yacht, and House Funds.
For premium bonuses, the Company allocated additional funds from turnover of goods. The Company expects that the bonus for the Golden VIP will allow the most active partners to earn additional rewards up to 65,000 euros.

Any national culture with all its diversity, deserves to be a model and example, helping corporate culture of our Company to receive a constant growth and progress!
And in this part, it is greatly complemented by the ancient culture of Chinese civilization.
There are many specific concepts and terms in Chinese traditional culture. One of them is a special word FENDOU. The word means “hard work or diligent work”; the essence of this word is a systematic increase in efficiency and it contains three meanings:
The first meaning is “hard work”, it emphasizes a long-term effort, patience and work. Enthusiasm turns into a habit, becoming principle of life, helping you to receive significant growth and development.
The second meaning is “challenge, struggle or fight”: struggle with ourselves (laziness, inertness or insecurity), fighting against the environment or competitor. This is a struggle with external and internal ‘enemies’, but fighting with ourselves is most difficult, as it requires to push ourselves to higher limits and to overcome our weakness. Those who managed to win the fight against themselves are the true hero, the real winners!
The third meaning is “without regard to losses or self-sacrifice”. It is a willingness to sacrifice our time, energy, money, comfort and other for a greater achievement, for the realization of a dream and life goals. And success is worth it. Everything has a price - the higher the price, the greater the success!
So what is FENDOU? It is a joyful emotional upsurge in any work when you do with your soul. Sometimes the work is not easy, complicated or monotonous, the correct attitude of the FENDOU gives you a sense of emotional enjoyment, patience and perseverance which adds a “twinkle” to any work.
In China, it often happens that students, teachers, employees, company executives, office workers or government officials are all involved in the FENDOU movement. How? A five-day working week, for example, means that we rest for two days; but if you participate in the FENDOU movement, sometimes you will have to work on the weekend, if the plan requires implementation - or over-fulfillment! In work or study, we can show our maximum effectiveness for the benefit of the team, our company, for the benefit of society or the country as a whole.
In some companies, there is even a practice of folding beds, which is used by those employees who, for the sake of processing, stay in the office for the night, reducing the time for traveling home and back: all for the sake of fulfilling the goals! This is one of the qualities of FENDOU.
A lot of people in many companies constantly and continuously implement FENDOU acts, which, it seems to me, has become one of the secrets of the Chinese Economic Miracle.
From 1999 to 2018, over 20 years, China's GDP has grown 10 times, and the average income of ordinary citizens has grown 11 times!
Over the years, everyone who has been to China has definitely been able to note the enormous changes in Chinese society and the economy. And this radically turns the whole paradigm of the modern world upside down.
In the past 13 years, Fohow had entered 88 countries, opened up 1800 offices, developed over one million members and served over 10 million customers. It should be noted that the basis of success and achievements are our eternal values: Loyalty to the Dream, Sincerity, Humanity and Devotion. These all support the spirit of FENDOU!
As the founder and CEO of Fohow Corporation, Chairman of the Hope Foundation, I define myself as a bearer of the spirit of FENDOU. For more than ten years, I rarely have time for vacation, to meet friends or classmates. The time I spent with my family was also limited and I feel guilty for that. Success always comes at a price.
I am one of the members of the FENDOU team, and the team of our employees and the team of partners, work more and better than me! Their spirit FENDOU is worth learning from, even for me!
For example, our first Ambassador Alla Kauffman - having just finished one event, immediately goes on a journey to the next! She is constantly on the road! When she arrives in some city late at night, as I noticed, early next morning she is already on her feet and conducts training for her partners!
Or our director of the Minsk representative office, Mr. Hu Binsheng, who is already over 80, but is still at the forefront! Or our Vice President of the Fohow Company, Mr. Jiao Peng, who, even when he was sick on a business trip, always fulfill the task at all costs!
The Head of the Education Department Pavel Zakharkin very often, after a busy day and evening, voluntarily helps in translating important documents and texts, which at a relatively young age led to the appearance of a whole strand of gray hair.
Our Chinese lecturer, Ms. Ji Ping, has not been with her family in China for a whole year; she devotes all her time to our partners, helping and educating them; and the successful results of the company in 2019 were largely due to the contribution and sacrifices of people like her, their sincere spirit and behavior in the style of FENDOU!
Fohow Company’s dream is to enter the TOP-500 list of the most powerful enterprises in the world and prepare more than 500 FENDOU Ambassadors to extend our Fohow Career for 500 years.
When we can ensure that the spirit of FENDOU reaches every partner, every team, knowing that high efficiency and performance are maintained for a long time, then Fohow will inevitably become a Great Company that our partners will be proud of!

The spirit of FENDOU and an active attitude to any type of activity is an integral part of any success. Only with the spirit of FENDOU is it possible to realize the most daring prospects, achieve a beautiful future. This applies equally to the leaders of large companies, and to the leaders of network teams in business. If the leader is not active, if he does not have the spirit of FENDOU, either he has lost his spirit or has become difficult to rise ... his rewards will fall steadily, this is the whole bitter truth of life. This even applies to Diamonds and Ambassadors!
Recently, I looked through the statistics and found that for the period from 2007 to 2014, the majority of leaders at the Diamond and Ambassador levels grew remuneration statistics in direct proportion to their activity aimed at career goals and the achievement of new qualifications. In the period from 2015 to 2019, the rewards of most of the leaders continued to grow, while a small group of Diamonds and Ambassadors began to sharply decline in rewards, with a maximum decline of 70%. One of the reasons for this decline, in my opinion, is that these leaders have lost the spirit of FENDOU, that is, they have gradually or sharply reduced their activity. This is very clearly noticeable.
Next question: will the current recession continue? I think, perhaps for some - yes, it will continue. If a leader loses the spirit of FENDOU, and some completely cease their activity, then the day will come when they may not have any money left to maintain minimum living expenses to maintain the standard of living to which they are accustomed. Even reaching the Ambassador level does not give the right to retire or resign - the team and business do not accept this! Because the Diamond or the Ambassador is the face of the brand, he cannot be on vacation or retired all the time, because he is now not only a model of a successful lifestyle, but also a model of leadership, activity and the highest manifestations of the spirit of FENDOU! The team more than ever before observes and copies the slightest changes in the behavior and mood of the leader, especially when he is at the top of the career ladder! And our primary task is to transmit to our team - and to all partners of the Company - a signal of active behavior and an active life position! Be the embodiment of the spirit of FENDOU!

In the new 2020, we will embody the spirit of activity, hard work and continuous effective actions in the new model of group interaction - the working model 1-3-5, or “FENDOU 1-3-5”. This is the basic organizational model of interaction in a group, the center of this interaction should be the trial sessions of the BEM. The purpose of disseminating and introducing such a working model of interaction is to gradually form professional specialized and highly effective groups as the basis for team building in business. This will help for faster development and growth.
In this model, there will be a leader (leader, person in charge of the group), requirements (several simple basic requirements), as well as several simple standard actions (which are based on a trial session of BEM).
The responsible leader of the group is a reference point, a motivator of a basic level, a fiery motor, without which the car will not budge. The main thing in the leader is the spirit of activity, hard work, the spirit of FENDOU! He is the core of the team.
The three requirements for an active FENDOU team: meeting time, meeting place and meeting content. They cannot be changed!
Five actions: invitation, trial session of BEM, appointments, event, transaction (conclusion of a contract). The repetition of these actions, their continuous repeatedly repeating cycle is the key to success.
The active state of the working group - a guarantee of its maintenance - the strict requirements that we must make for each group. There is a requirement for the content and quantitative indicators of the workflow - there will definitely be a result!
For the full implementation and testing of the working model, we may need some time, but this is totally possible.
In the new 2020, we will focus all our efforts on the implementation of several urgent work tasks: emphasis on VIPs, emphasis on Fohow Gold Coin, implementation of the new FENDOU 1-3-5 working model!
The goal of our focus is:
1) Allow VIPs to receive more and more advantages and benefits, more and more rewards;
2) Strengthen Fohow Gold Coin, ensure its stable growth in accordance with the growth of the company, the expansion of the company, an increase in the number of partners;
3) Allow the new FENDOU 1-3-5 working model to take deep roots and truly realize the significance of the BEM trial session to stimulate the rapid growth of effective teams in business.
A worthy reward, advantages and recognition should be available to those leaders and partners who maintain an active attitude, those who carry the spirit of FENDOU! These “to everyone according to work” bonuses will be the main guiding principles of motivation at Fohow since 2020. We will provide resources to the most active, motivating the most active partners!
