This series of training is a compulsory course for FOHOW business partners from qualified dealers to FOHOW Ambassadors. The corresponding training content is developed according to different dealer levels. It is suitable for the actual use of dealers in each stage of development, from basic training to advanced team building and management, with clear hierarchy and practical content, it is a textbook for the growth of FOHOW business partners.
Primary training: Newcomer basic training ---- Complete the transition from consumer to operator Training introduction: FOHOW core corporate culture and values, the starting essential mentality of doing FOHOW business, the core product advantages of the company, the skills and methods of getting started!
Training Objective: To strengthen the confidence of the entry-level dealers, to make the starting attitude more stable, the working methods more efficient, and the work results more remarkable!
Targeting the crowd: Qualified dealers (new distributors joining the business, consumers of FOHOW products)
Training time: two days (excluding eating and accommodation)
Fees: Training Fee (X) 40F$ + Training Contract Fee(Y), Note: The contract fee (Y) is set and announced by the organizer based on local conditions.
Intermediate training: Fire Phoenix Elite Training --- Complete the transition from the operator to the elite Training introduction: the content, work skills of Potential development in the first phase: how to build a core team, how to organize meetings, how to communicate effectively.
Training Objective: To provide dealers with the work skills to adapt to their own development stage, adjust the mentality to the best state to meet the greater challenges.
Targeting the crowd: active dealers, refers to the dealers who have completed 4 stages and above.
Training time: three days and two nights (including eating and accommodation)
Fees: Training Fee (X) 100F$ + Training Contract Fee (Y) , Note: The contract fee (Y) is determined and announced by the organizer based on local conditions.
Advanced training: Golden Phoenix Leadership Training --- Complete the transition from elite to leader Training introduction: the content, work skills of Potential development in the second phase: : how to manage your own team, how to become a good leader, etc.
Training purposes: to develop leadership ethos, strengthen the ability to manage their own team and training skills.
Targeting the crowd: Sapphire and diamond dealers
Training time: three days and two nights (including eating and accommodation)
Fees: Training Fee (X) 150F$ + Training Contract Fee(Y), Note: The contract fee (Y) is set and announced by the organizer based on local conditions.
